Fawkes Residence

The interior walls of this one-story single family residence were gutted to redesign the poorly laid out floor plan.

By redesigning the entry, kitchen, family room, bar, living room and dining room – and adding more efficient natural ventilation – this house was transformed into a welcoming home.
